Rise and Shine Family Friendly run, walk, stroll, or roll!  Come join us Saturday, November 23 at 8am in the church parking lot for a family friendly run, jog, walk, stroll, roll! Our goal is to create a supportive community that will encourage each other as we try to meet personal fitness goals. We will plan a 5K route each Saturday. With enough interest, there will be a pace group to help achieve your goals. Whether it is your first 5K, or you’d like to do the loop twice as you train for a half, we are excited to support you on your journey. For more information, contact Matt Ahlvin or Tori Engel.
